Each day we will unusually ask about your feelings, you can think about it as a small diary. Once a week you will get a deeper task which will focus on some particular aspect of self-improvement (awareness, positive thinking, productivity, etc..).
You will get a whole week to complete this weekly task, but it is up to you how much work you will spend on it. Even few lines count.
It is all about you, there is no public posting or commenting by other users. Your self-improvement is something very personal and we want to keep it that way.
We will provide you with a fresh, inspiring and positive exercises and store them in your personal history line, but it is only you who can watch your progress and see how you were thinking a week, a month or a year ago.
